As a general rule, all content created with Tokki (voicebank or character) is understood to be used for non-commercial or doujin* purposes. If you'd like to use a voicebank or Tokki's character for commercial purposes, please contact me.
*Doujin, in this case, is defined as small merchandise created by one individual or a small group for little profit. If large or longterm profit isn't an expectation, you don't need to contact me beforehand. (Though I would love to see what you create!)
When using Tokki and uploading your work publicly, please refer to Tokki by name (voicebank does not have to be specified, just the character name). Tokki's name can be written as "Tokki," "トキ," or "토끼."
If you disagree with any of the terms listed on this page, you may NOT use the character or voicebanks. By using Tokki, it is assumed that you agree to these terms.
Completely Prohibited (NG)
- Using any voicebank or Tokki's character to promote libel or slander
- Using any voicebank or Tokki's character to promote hate speech
- Using any voicebank or Tokki's character in unlawful content
- Using any voicebank or Tokki's character to push a political or religious agenda (covering religious songs is okay)
- Use of Tokki's character in anything that could be portrayed as "publicly speaking for the character" (social media accounts made in Tokki's image without permission even for roleplay or with a disclaimer claiming to be unofficial, VTuber activities, etc.)
- Creating "derivative characters" or "pitchloids" based off of Tokki or any voicebank (note that this does NOT include depicting original characters in PVs with Tokki's voice - that is okay)
- Redistributing any voicebank (please link directly to this site) [NOTE: exceptions can be made if downloading from this site is impossible for any reason. Please contact me first.]
- Porting or using any voicebank in any program that isn't UTAU without permission

- Changing any aspect of the character design (hair, skin, clothes, etc. If it's still recognizable as Tokki and still called Tokki, that's good enough)
- Changing the canon character setting (i.e Tokki's personality can be changed however you see fit)
- Roleplay, fanfiction, etc.
- Changing/editing the oto.ini
- Redistributing the oto.ini
- Editing any audio files/recordings in any voicebank (for the purpose of quality improvement only - do not pitch them to create another character)
- Use of Tokki's character in R-18/R-18G content (as long as it's not unlawful and Tokki's canon age as an adult is kept)
- Shipping or pairing Tokki romantically with other characters (any gender; please respect the other character's terms)
- Editing and redistributing official artwork (so long as my name, Rylitah, is credited)
